ABOUT US

A service company shaped by construction experience, faith, family and a calling to help people care for their homes.

Built to serve

Paul Noe’s construction experience dates back to the 1980s, when he led the complete remodel of his family’s home. His desire to serve people comes from his personal experience with life, health and God. Paul has been licensed and insured for over 20 years.

A business story rooted in faith, survival & service

Paul’s story includes years of service work, a serious battle with COVID and long COVID, and a healing experience that shaped the way he talks about faith, work and purpose. After nearly losing his life in 2021 and living with damaged lungs for years, Paul’s recovery deepened his conviction in business and the ministry.

Today, Paul Noe Contract Services brings that same personal commitment into the homes we serve. The work may begin with a new build, remodel, an air quality concern or gutter issue. Our goal is larger than a completed job. It’s to meet people where they are, listen and help them move forward with confidence.

Built through life
experience & faith

After nearly losing his life to COVID and living with long COVID for years, Paul’s work took on deeper meaning. The business and ministry both reflect a commitment to serve people and their home needs.
